Happy New Year!!! It’s been a while since I last posted & I really need to get on top of this but, thankfully, that’s not one of my resolutions!
This year. my plan is to get back to my pre-pregnancy shape. I weighed roughly 115 pounds before I was pregnant, gained 45 pounds during my pregnancy & now am still holding on to 25 of those 6 months post partum! I have neglected my health and that will stop immediately. As one of my resolutions, I plan to give up processed sugar and actually work out again. Wish me luck!
