Cure for Bloating, Gas, & Heartburn During Pregnancy

If you've ever been pregnant then you know that there are some definite embarrassing & even uncomfortable side effects due to the extra hormones pumping through your body.

For me my least favorite are: bloating, heartburn, & gas. Gas being the most embarrassing.

Some women just own it & blame the baby, but I just can't. I know it's natural. I know it's nothing to be ashamed of. I know people will understand. And even though I know all this, I'm still beyond embarrassed.

Thankfully I've found a cure--.Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar

natural cure for gas, bloating, & heartburn during pregnancy- no more embarrassing pregnancy symptoms!

Initially I started taking this to help boost my sluggish pregnancy metabolism, but it turns out it has other benefits as well.

I noticed it completely alleviates any heartburn & gas I have. On the days I don't take it those symptoms return.

I had no clue Apple Cider Vinegar did all that so I researched it. It turns out it also helps with bloating and so many other things as well! I even read that it helps stabilize blood sugar levels, which is great if you are at risk for gestational diabetes. It is literally a must have pantry item for any pregnant woman!

Here's how I drink it!

I take a glass and add the vinegar til it fills the glass about 3/4 of an inch (I just eyeball it, but I'm guessing about 1-2 tbsp) I then add a dash of cayenne (for a metabolism boost) & 2 dashes of cinnamon (this also helps with gas) & then about an inch or two of water & voilĂ ! The perfect remedy to those embarrassing & unpleasant pregnancy symptoms

I'm not gonna lie to you, it's not the best tasting. Some people mix it with Apple juice for more of a cold apple cider with a kick kind of taste. I prefer it the way I described above. It's only a couple ounces. I just down it quickly & chase it with some water.

Take it every morning to start your day right (& symptom free!)
